We worked with Samis & Company Meat Products to create a website with an integrated online store that met their ecommerce needs.
The Samis Meats owners are farmers. They don’t have time to deal with website or online security problems. So, we provide secure and reliable hosting through our Edmonton data center.
Our team created custom graphics across the site that echoed the logo they already had. We also accessed a great photo from the South Peace Regional Archives that showcases our farming community’s history.
We were happy to support this local business with writing for their website. This included sourcing some great recipes that feature the different meats they sell so customers can easily cook up something delicious at home when their order arrives.
All the content writing includes specific SEO keywords and phrases we researched, so when people in their target area do certain searches, the Samis website pops up for easy shopping.
Samis & Company Meat Products is owned and operated by local farmers. They produce and supply beef in the Grande Prairie area and wholesale meat through Alberta. They’re also committed to supporting local farmers, and even feature them on their website.
These owners came to us with just a logo. And they were literally out on the range for most of the project! We needed to make things easy for them, while making a website that really connected with customers and inspired them to order local meat.
This website needed to show that local farmers are an important contributor to area distributors and showcase the variety of meats our farmers raise here.
The Samis & Company Meat Products website is the perfect spot for customers who want to eat locally raised meat with easy online ordering, as well as a spot to feature some of our area’s farmers.
Saltmedia Inc operates on the traditional territory of Treaty 8 in what is now known as Grande Prairie. We value the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit who lived and cared for this land long before Canada was founded, and we recognize that it is a privilege to operate our business here.
Our Prince George site operates on the traditional territory of the Lheidli T’enneh.
We are grateful to the Elders and Knowledge Keepers who are with us today, and those who’ve gone before us.
