Websites

We had already built a website for this client, but they wanted an additional airshed website that would allow visitors to quickly check air quality in Kitimat. This customization is becoming more and more popular as clients from a variety of backgrounds seek to provide the most up-to-date air quality information.

Hosting

With this new addition, we added hosting to their existing agreement. This means the new site is secure and backed up, and we’re always available for support and updates.

About

The Kitimat Airshed Group (KAG) is a multifaceted non-profit organization committed to providing trustworthy air quality information to the public. They also provide information and support towards improving air quality.

Challenge

The new site needed to reflect the same user experience and functionality of their existing site. This was really important, as a cohesive user experience across sites builds credibility and trust for the organization.

Insight

Integrating external sources like government airshed information into sites requires careful attention to detail alongside maintaining a site’s integrity and customer experience. We’re delighted we could accomplish this for Kitimat Airshed users.

Results

As soon as a visitor lands on the site, they can check the current air quality. This feature gives users the information they need quickly and easily—no need to search the site or navigate to external links.
