Saltmedia believes doing great work requires dialogue and expertise. First we collaborate with clients to understand their work and their needs, and then we apply our talents in solving those needs. It's important to do it in that order. You don't succeed in this field without great client relationships.
At Saltmedia we take pains to truly understand our clients. Some consultants forget that their job is first to ask the client what he does and what he desires, and to heed the answer. But if you neglect the reasons for your work, you will deliver something that is not what the client wanted. That is why we listen. Every business strives to be different. Your brand and website will only stand out by calling attention to your individuality. So before starting our own work, we always talk to our clients until there is no question what they expect from us and how their own work and values should inform the end product.
Angie Saltman, President

Angie has always enjoyed art and design. As a child, she devoted hours drawing images that emerged solely out of her imagination.
At 18, Angie realized that computer systems are the way of the future and graduated from the Business Career College in Grande Prairie with a Computer Technician with Distinction Diploma. She also has her A+ and Network+ IT certifications. After spending several years in the computer industry, she moved on to pursue her passion for graphics, gaining valuable experience working at local sign and print shops.
In 2010, Angie decided that web design was the perfect balance of art and technology and that she was up for the challenge of building her own business. As Saltmedia’s founder and president, Angie is responsible for ensuring quality designs and maintaining excellent client relations.
She keeps active in the community by serving as past president of the Canadian Mental Health Association Alberta Northwest.
